Due to the high volume of orders we are receiving, your shipment may take longer than usual. We are working very hard to ship your order as soon as possible.

1) How long will my order take to arrive?

After your order has been processed, please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping. It varies by location.

We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been sent! 

(However, please make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery!)

2) When will I receive shipping confirmation?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Your tracking number will be included in the body of the email.

3) What else should I know about delivery?

- Please allow more time for delivery during holidays and sales.

- We hope that 'customs' does not hold your package and that you are not approached with any fees. However, please be aware that we do not cover—nor can we be held responsible—for delays or charges due to customs / taxes.
