The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on our lives, forcing us to change our habits and prioritize our health. While the outbreak has claimed over 6 million lives and caused economic damage globally, it has also taught us the importance of taking care of ourselves and others. Here are four healthy habits to adopt after the pandemic:

  1. Proper hand washing: During the pandemic, we have learned the importance of washing our hands thoroughly to prevent the spread of illness. To effectively remove bacteria and germs, it is important to use warm water and soap, rubbing your hands together for at least 20 seconds. It is also a good idea to carry hand sanitizer with you when you are out in public and do not have access to soap and water.   2. Wearing masks: Even after the pandemic ends, it is important to continue wearing masks in public to protect ourselves and others from potential viruses and bacteria.
