You do not have to spend hundreds of dollars on treatments in a hair salon to get beautiful and healthy hair. You can already do this with a few breakfast ingredients. Eggs, yogurt, and honey can sound like breakfast, but they are also perfect for your hair. Below are various ways you can naturally care for your hair without harmful chemicals:
1. Proper nutrition ensures better quality hair
Feed your hair from within. As stated, it is made up of protein. Healthy foods not only make for a healthier body, but also for healthier hair. Most people know that a severe shortage of some minerals can cause hair loss. For example, a long-term deficiency of iron can cause hair loss. Long-term stress can eventually lead to a loss of hair. However, it also works in a healthy, varied, pure diet, building the hair from the inside.
2. Wash your hair as little as possible
This initially sounds strange and maybe even dirty for some people. However, the less you wash your hair, the more beautiful it will be. The less we wash, the more we allow our natural oils to feed our skull. This results in less rapid digestion and less fat hair. It will also make it easier to style your hair with an automatic hair curler or a straightening iron. You must have the courage to train your hair in the first few weeks/months, and you will start walking a fathead at the beginning. Still, you will notice that it takes longer for you to get fat.
3. Rinse your hair with cold water
I know this is not the best tip, but if wash your hair with cold water, it causes the hair follicle to close, leaving the essential oils left longer in the hair follicle and at the scalp. In the sauna, you do the same for the pores of your skin by jumping into the cold water after a sauna visit. This also allows you to close pores in the skin. Of course, you do not have to be under a cold shower all the time, but in the end, you can rinse your hair with cold water at the end.
4. Use eggs, avocado, olive oil and other natural products
Many products are claimed to contribute to more beautiful, healthier, or stronger hair in different ways. Eggs would be a protein treatment for the hair. Olive oil is used to create volume and leaves henna to get thicker hair. All these tools have their user manual. These natural products are not the easiest to use. Tip: You can still wash your hair with a natural shampoo or conditioner after using these agents to mask the scent of eggs or rinse the oil well.
5. Raw eggs for all hair types
Eggs cannot be used for breakfast only; you can also use fresh eggs to soften your hair. Protein and fat are the major constituents of Yoghurt, and these are both natural moisturizers. The protein contains bactericidal enzymes. This form of an enzyme can help deal with the scalp and excess oil in the hair. Both the yolk and the protein can be used to condition normal hair. If you have oily hair, use only the protein.
If you have dry and fragile hair, use only the yolk. Use a half cup of the part of the egg that is suitable for your hair type and make sure your hair is clean and moist when applying the raw egg. You can use a larger amount if it is not enough to cover all of your hair and your entire scalp. Let the fresh egg work for about 20 minutes and then rinse it with cold water. Do not use hot or hot water, because it can steal on your hair. Treat your hair once a month with an egg yolk. The same goes for using a whole egg to treat your hair. You can use protein every two weeks to treat your hair.
6. Milk products for dull hair
Do you suffer from dull hair? Dairy products can undo the dull effects of both styling and dirt. Dairy products, such as sour cream and yogurt, contain lactic acid that carefully removes dirt. The milk fat hydrates your hair. Spend half a cup of sour cream or yogurt with massaging movements in damp hair. Allow it to take 20 minutes and then rinse it with warm water and then with cold water. You can use milk products every week to treat your hair.
7. Lemon juice and Argan oil
This can remove flakes caused by stress, poor nutrition, weather, and other factors with a mixture of Argan oil and lemon juice. Lemon juice will remove loose and dry flakes on your scalp and hair, and Argan oil will hydrate both the scalp and the hair. Also, the oil can reduce the overproduction of sebum on your scalp to a manageable level. Excessive oil on the scalp keeps more dirt and can cause flaking and itching. Take a small bowl and mix a few tablespoons of lemon juice, argan oil, and water. When you use it for your hair for 15 minutes, then go ahead and rinse the hair.
Natural colorings used by nature barbers are 100% natural and often the ingredients are also of biological origin. Another advantage is that they do not bring synthetic fabrics into scalp and hair follicles as many chemical products can do (because the paint adheres to hair differently, differences are possible). Visiting the natural treatment is worth it in the end.
