simple flash tattoos

Tattoos launched, we have been obsessed. They have taken over everyone’s arms at every single festival. Celebrities are even proud to show off the weird tan lines that their Flash Tattoos leave behind. If you thought that you were going to have to wait until Coachella 2016 for new Flash Tattoo launches, you are wrong. Everyone’s favorite jewelry-inspired tattoo brand has launched custom flash tats. You have permission to start freaking out now.

This announcement is going to have people more excited than the time Flash Tattoos revealed they were branching out into colorful tats. For the newest launch, you are able to choose from personalized tattoos to fully customizable ones. The personalized tat is the more budget-friendly option. It is also great if you love a certain tattoo but want to add a little something to it, such as text.

The prices start at $45 for 100 pre-cut tattoos. Examples include hashtag tattoos, state pride tattoos, and various celebrations, including Christmas, Hannukkah, and anniversaries.

If you want to unleash your inner designer, a fully customizable flash tattoo will cost you $150 for 300 units. You are able to choose between gold, silver, black or two-tone options and between a 3 x 1″ or a 2.5 x 2.5″ size. You then upload an artwork of your design and include any relevant notes. Just think of all the possibilities you could create. You could get your favorite Ryan Gosling photo in a tat, or you could get your old-school mascot. You could even get a tattoo of one of your selfies if you really wanted to.

Move Over Metallics; Colorful Flash Tattoos Are Here Just In Time For Festival Season

Flash Tattoos are teaming up with Rainforest Partnership to present Illia, a colorful new temporary tattoo collection.

It’s that time of year, y’all: festival season! Coachella is just around the corner, and everyone’s gearing up and prepping their perfect festival looks. You know the drill: crop tops, denim cutoffs, flower headbands, and this year’s biggest trend, flash tattoos. You know, the temporary tattoos that look like silver and gold jewelry? Well, gird your loins, people, because they’ve just gone one step further: you can now buy colorful, metallic flash tattoos. Because who doesn’t want to look like Rainbow Brite whenever they have the chance?

The same company that released the original flash tattoos has teamed up with the Rainforest Partnership to release a brand new collection of colorful temporary tattoos, and they are GORGEOUS. The collection is called Illia, and the 4-pack of tattoos comes with necklaces, bracelets, feathers, flowers, butterflies, and more, all in bright hues that scream “music festival” louder than the drunk biddies standing behind you for the duration of a show that you didn’t really want to see in the first place. Check out some of the designs:

The colors make the necklaces and bracelets look more like actual jewelry than the metallic ones do, IMO.

But seriously, I’m obsessed, and I’ll definitely be purchasing these for my first-ever festival-going experience this year. And the best part? Five percent of the proceeds from each Illia collection purchase goes to the Rainforest Partnership, whose goal is to protect tropical rainforests and find long-term solutions for mass deforestation. So, not only are you looking awesome, but you’re also doing something even more awesome for the environment. Tree-hugging FTW!
