How to make Charcoal & Gelatin Peel Off Mask for Face

Like a peeling face mask, a face mask is a cream-like cream that you apply to your face. There are many different types of face masks that all serve different purposes. For example, if your skin is dry on your face, you may need a moisturizing mask. If you have a problem with blackheads, you can try a face peeling mask that targets and removes blackheads. A coffee face mask will help you if you want to exfoliate your skin. Not only are there different types of face masks that do different things, but they are all made from unique ingredients. We mentioned coffee masks, but you can also add essential oils, juice, honey, and even charcoal and gelatin to make homemade peel off face mask for your skin health.

Standard peeling masks remove dead and hot skin by sticking to them so that you can remove them from your face when you remove the mask. I added activated carbon to the mask to improve dirt and toxin removal as activated carbon is the power to fight toxins!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon gelatin powder without taste
  • 1 teaspoon activated carbon powder
  • 2 tablespoon  water

Mix gelatin and activated carbon powder in a small microwave-safe bowl until the two are evenly mixed. Add water and stir together. They can be very lumpy and that’s pretty good. Add the charcoal and gelatin mixture to the microwave in 10-second increments until a smooth black liquid form. Let it cool down for a minute or two before applying it to the skin.

Apply to areas with blackheads, deposits, or a lot of dead skin. Be careful, though – this mask also adheres to and removes the small hair on your face. I usually only apply it to the middle of my forehead (avoiding my eyebrows), nose, and chin. Let the mask cool for 10-15 minutes and “hard.” As soon as the mask is no longer sticky, remove it slowly, starting at the edges.

Benefits of DIY peel off face mask

If you know nothing about antioxidants, you just have to know – antioxidants are life! It is your best chance against free radicals, which are the main cause of acne, pigmentation, dark spots, and uneven skin. Many normal masks, regardless of brand, are typically vitamin, vegetable, or fruit extracts that give your skin a boost of antioxidants. You get in, remove existing skin damage in your skin, and also protect against future damage. With a significant reduction in pore size and visibly firmer skin, the peeling makes you look younger, as your complexion appears lighter and firmer. With regular use, you will also notice a reduced appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, especially if peeling masks contain vitamin C or vitamin E or extract with anti-inflammatory properties. Exfoliating masks absorb excess oil from your skin as you open and clean it. So you get a natural, matt, and clear skin. Don’t be confused; this is not like aggressive oil control creams and facial cleansers that make your skin feel like cardboard. Peeling masks absorb excess oil without drying out the skin.
