Apple cider vinegar is one of Scarlett Johansson’s favorite beauty supplies, and she is not alone in her love of the stuff. Gwyneth Paltrow swears by it, too. Apple cider vinegar is probably second only to coconut oil when it comes to the world’s most popular all-natural, all-purpose beauty supplies.
1. As a drink
Apple cider vinegar is a magic cure-all that will aid weight loss, decrease bloating, cure acne, and make your skin glow. Mix it with a bit of water, and I find that after a couple days, it actually starts to taste good. Make sure to rinse your mouth out afterwards, so it doesn’t damage your teeth.
