Apple cider vinegar is probably second only to coconut oil when it comes to the world’s most popular all-natural, all-purpose beauty supplies.

Apple cider vinegar is a magic cure-all that will aid weight loss, decrease bloating, cure acne, and make your skin glow. Mix it with a bit of water, and I find that after a couple days, it actually starts to taste good. Make sure to rinse your mouth out afterwards, so it doesn’t damage your teeth.
