Call me basic (or maybe don’t?), but I love rose gold, especially for fall. Not that it needs to be a specific season to wear it or anything, but I just figured I’d be seasonably appropriate since it is the last day of September and all. It’s just the perfect metal—it works with light and dark clothes, casual and formal attire, and you never have to worry about if you’re mixing your metals properly because rose gold goes with literally EVERYTHING. EV-ER-Y-THING. I don’t joke around when it comes to rose gold, guys. It’s why I have three different rose gold watches and a ring. What is rose gold variety, if not the spice of life?

Check out some of my favorite rose gold pieces and learn to love the perfection:
1. Alex and Ani Compass Necklace (Nordstrom, $38)
I’m actually not a big fan of those Alex and Ani charm bracelets that seemed to be very popular among the girls in my sorority when I was in college, but I could see myself wearing this necklace. The only thing that would make it better is if the compass actually worked because my sense of direction is basically nonexistent.
2. Shashi Open Circle Stud Earrings (Shopbop, $28)
These are the perfect, simple studs for the girl who doesn’t ever want to change her earrings but still wants to wear something that’s always appropriate. A.K.A. me. These earrings are for me.
3. Quay Asha Shades (Nasty Gal, $45)
Guys, Quay shades are the best, and these rose gold ones might just take the cake.
4. Perfect Boyfriend Rose-Tone Stainless Steel Watch (Fossil, $125)
This is one of my three rose gold watches (I got it for a birthday, so I’m not a total spending beast), and I can tell you from experience that boyfriend watches are THE. BEST. I always think they look more professional than decorative or even leather-strapped watches.
5. Geo Bangle Set (Forever 21, $5.90)
Nothing like a few delicate bangles to pull an outfit together.
6. Via Spiga ‘Gitana’ Perforated Leather Sneaker (Nordstrom, $92.49)
I can get on board the metallic sneaker train. I’ve already convinced myself to try plain white fashion sneakers, and this is the next logical step, right?
7. Orelia Feather 2 Tone Rose Gold & Iridescent Metallic Temporary Tattoos (ASOS, $9)
You don’t need to be a festival kid to love flash tattoos. I mean, it doesn’t hurt, but still.
8. Three Strap Barely There Heeled Sandals (Missguided, $42.50)
I’m calling it now: Rose gold is going to be the new neutral for fall.
9. Pretty Little Thing iPhone Case
If you don’t want to buy the new rose gold iPhone (which, considering the ridiculously high price tag, wouldn’t be surprising), you can always fake it ’til you make it with a good rose gold case.
10. Starlit Sky Rose Gold Clutch (Lulu*s, $32)
I love metallic bags, mostly because I tend to wear very neutral outfits and like having something in my outfit that pops. This clutch is perfect for formal occasions, and it can even fit in your tote if you plan on going out on a date right after work!
11. Matchmaker Ring Quintet (BaubleBar, $16)
I LOVE this ring set. I don’t wear rings every day, but if I did, they’d probably look something like this. They’re simple but still unique and detailed.
12. Rose Gold Plate Belt (Eloquii, $42.90)
I don’t care what anyone says: Belts aren’t making a comeback because they never left. This gold-plated one is the perfect alternative to a long metallic necklace or bold bangle with a solid-colored dress.
13. LC Lauren Conrad Runway Collection Fox Open Ring (Kohl’s, $14)
Don’t even pretend that you’re surprised to see some Lauren Conrad on here. The Pinterest and Instagram queen is basically a rose gold maven, and I’m obsessed with all of her stuff, so it was kind of a no-brainer.

14. Champers Nail Lacquer (Butter London, $18)
Manicures are accessories too, guys!
15. Ted Baker London ‘Jackie’ Jewel Stack Ring (Nordstrom, $75)
I love stacked cocktail rings. I’ve loved them ever since they reached peak popularity a few years back because I’m nothing if not easily swayed by shiny objects.
15. Cuff Bracelet (H&M, $9.99)
The lace pattern on this cuff makes it a little bit more formal than just a standard bracelet, but the detail is what makes it interesting.
16. Miriam Ring Trio (FASHIONABLE, $58)
If you’ve never worn a midi ring in your life for whatever reason, I suggest you start with these. They’re thin enough that you’ll barely notice you’re wearing them, and your purchase contributes to an awesome cause.
17. Metallic Reversible Tote (Express, $39.90)
For the girl who loves to switch up her bags, but doesn’t actually want to purchase more than one.
